Treat yourself right!

Do you pamper yourself? Because I do – it’s a daily activity that I pamper myself after a long long week. I don’t only do facial – I also get my face steamed every other day or whenever I have free time at home. If you don’t know how to pamper yourself – you really gotta learn how to! What’s wrong with pampering yourself right? It feels great and it’s good for your skin. I’m so excited that I’ll be covered by insurance in a couple of months – so I can get my daily massage!

Swedish Skin Care

Ever heard of the Swedish Skin Care line? I placed in an online order a couple weeks ago and a few days ago – my package finally arrived. Before ordering this new line of skin care – I did check out a lot of reviews on youtube before purchasing. I needed a skin care line that works. The skin care line I used before wasn’t bad but it wasn’t helping me with my dry skin. I know it works on others but for my skin – that was a different story. I ordered three products and the promotion was buy one get two free. It was an awesome promotion – I couldn’t let this sale slip away. I bought the Moisturizing Protective Lotion, Hydrating Cream, and the Eye Cream.  I’ve been looking for a dark circles under eyes treatment for quite sometime now – I hope this product does work for me. We’ll see – as of right now – I can’t really give a review yet. Gotta use it for a longer period of time first. Have you used this product before?

Lipstick collection

Look at this lipstick collection – enough for me for the rest of my life eh? I’m kinda crazy when it comes down to buying makeup – the colors just interests me. I have like over 30 single eye shadows untouched. I’ve been stopping myself from entering makeup shops. It’s hard but I gotta stop myself because than – I’ll be wasting more money. I only buy things that I don’t have of. Like eyeliners and mascaras. But no more lipsticks and eye shadows for me. I gotta punish myself for that! Are you a makeup collector?? Show me your collection!!

Exercising lately?

YIKES – I’ve been only going to the gym 2-3 times a week. Really not good enough and not what I have planned. With all these changes – I don’t even have time to do my house chores. My schedules been crazy lately because my old boss left. But after going to the gym for a month – I feel like it is looking better. I’m talking about my tummy – it’s looking slimmer but weighting the same? Where did all the fat go? My other half said that it may turn into muscles? I don’t need muscles – I need the pounds to go away! It’s still not where I want to be right now – I guess I need to try out some slimvox to help with this matter. I don’t have much time left – I have 2 months left before I take the pre-wedding photos. I gotta look my best and summer is around the corner. I’ve been watching what I eat too. I need the pounds to go down !!!!!

Sparkly Nail Polish

I ordered these over an online site – the prices are very reasonable and I thought I would give it a try. Never try them yet but I will when I get the time to. I love collecting things. Don’t every girl do? I also bought a few brushes too but not going to post it here – the brushes of the quality isn’t so great at all because right when I use it – all the hair seems to be falling off. What kind of quality is that right?

HomeSense @ Markville Mall

This is a plate I picked out at HomeSense while shopping there. Isn’t this nice? The price wasn’t too bad either at $16.99 – I needed a plate to put keys, wallets, and every day gadget in. Something that my hunnie can come home and just dump everything out from his pocket. Its more for him but it’s in hot pink. I thought he wouldn’t like it – but it matches with my theme – so he didn’t really have a choice there.

That’s right – placed right outside the bedroom door. Now my side tables are cleaned without his things on. I love the roses on the plate a lot and how they made the edges really unique. I love shopping at HomeSense – they have unique things there!!

My newly renovated beauty room

This was a storage room before but since we decided to stay downstairs and not move upstairs anymore – we decided to renovate the whole basement and remove everything to my other half’s upstairs room. I took everything out of this room and painted within 3 days. What a project eh? But I enjoyed it though – everything looks really neat now. Before – I had makeup on my computer table and in the washroom. Now everything is moved into one room. This isn’t a huge room but its good enough for a beauty room.

I’m proud of my work – now everything is neat and tidy! Love organizing and I have a passion for that. What do you ladies think?

Learning how to smile

Isn’t the title funny or what? Learning how to smile? Yes – I’ve been having trouble smiling with my mouth open because I’ve been smiling 3 years with my mouth close to avoid showing my braces. It’s weird smiling with my mouth open now with the straight teeth. So weird eh? The annoying this is – having to put on retainers every night I sleep – very annoying but I gotta do it or else the teeth will shift and move. Did you ever have braces before? You would definitely feel my pain if you did.

I love food!

Over the weekend I had a little reunion with my McDonald friends. It’s awesome seeing them after 3-4 years? I lost track but yes – it was fun having those updated talk. After this meal – I feel like diet pills is what I need next because of the amount of food I had that night. I felt so bloated and full. Celebration is always about good food – how can I resist right? I can only resist by not going to these special events – but that’s impossible. But I did go to the gym for the next couple of days for my punishment. I’ve been on a strict diet – its hard but I’m doing it for myself.

Lancome Makeup

I saw the gift of purchase – so I had to pick something to buy with $34.00 – but it was so worth it though – the gift was valued at $142 and I only had to spend $34.00 – not so bad eh? I try to restrict myself in buying makeup because I do have a lot of makeup at home that’s not even open yet. It’s an addiction. So I ended up buying a bottle of eye makeup remover. Something new for me – I heard really good reviews about it though.

This is the gift I got – a few sample things and some full size products – not so bad eh? It’s valued at $142.00 – I’m loving the Lancome line skin care right now – might switch my whole set to Lancome after I finish with my Laneige products. Are you using Lancome too?
