Engagement party = AWESOME PARTY

First of all – want to thank everyone that reserve the day for us ! Thank you so much for coming out to celebrate with us – it was nice seeing everyone there. Secondly, this is like the FIRST biggest party I’ve held – well I know – the BIGGEST one will be next July, but let’s just say BIGGEST house party. It’s not only us two that makes it special – it’s you guys that makes us special. Thank you for everything.

I was thinking of having a more formal party to begin with – maybe out at a restaurant or something. But it actually turn out pretty awesome. I mean – restaurant-style, you can’t really mingle and meet others. While in a house – you can do whatever you want. We are happy with the success. I love the fact that everyone is connected in different ways and other reunited once again. Wait till the next BIG event guys. It’ll be as awesome. Don’t forget to dress up formally next year We are VERY excited into seeing everyone again! WOOHOOOOOOOOO.

The biggest SURPRISE I’ve receive the first thing that day was – a song from my loving friend Richard Chui, words cannot describe how happy I was. I wasn’t expecting this at all. He just randomly asked me one day on MSN “what is your favorite song?” Something along those lines – I didn’t know he would actually spend sometime into practicing. Thank you so much – your too thoughtful. This song has great meanings to both of us – because it’s the song that we listen to all the time when we got together.

Please don’t mind my laugh in the beginning LOL

Motives Beauty Shop

Okay ladies and gents – I am finally satisfy with my work. If you read my blog a week ago – my Beauty Shop looks completely different because I’ve changed it last night and worked on it today – not yet launch/finish though. Yes – I put in many hours of hard work and I finally got what I wanted. Something on the professional side. Very happy of my work! Do check it out and support it, although it’s not fully done! Planning ahead with life…

Mondays are my weekly updates for my blogs! Yes that’s what Mondays are for right? Well – at least my Mondays!! I like to have things plan ahead. Especially with four blogs: CharmofLove & Tvdramaqueen & Passion4Food that I need to keep up. I seriously don’t know how my hero (you know who you are) can handle 10+ blogs. Not only blogging but she has a ton of stuff to do. Anyways, yes planning ahead is always good because time is running out! Don’t you think? Well – for me it is.

Why do I not have enough time each day? It seriously feels like I need more out of the 24hours. It’s definitely not like I have a full time job or anything but I’m always busy on the net doing something. Networking, Chit chatting with customers, chat with friends, update blogs, research, cross stitching and etc. I’m always busy with something and time is just not enough – if you know what I mean.

I’ve been so frustrated finding a sale job at the mall. Yes – I handed out 20 resumes at the mall and I haven’t gotten a call back yet – Is it that hard to find jobs nowadays? Are they lacking jobs for us? It’s just frustrating to me. I know I never worked as a sale person before and all the employer are looking for experience. Like where do I start when no one wants inexperience people? Pretty frustrating – it’s like I’ll take whatever job there is out there – even fast food restaurants. Yes – I need to work!! I’m tired of staying home and just doing online stuff. I need a real job and have this on the side!!

Yes – so frustrating eh? That’s how Toronto is right now – most of my friends are looking for jobs. Maybe I should be somewhere else eh? Just kidding!

Monthly Budgets

Have you ever watch this?? I learn a whole lot in budgeting and save money with this show! Really, most people that are in debt is the ones that just got married for a few years and mortgaging a house and starting a family right away. I’ve learned how she teaches the family how to budget monthly expenses and I want to try it out too.

How much do you budget yourself and your family a month? Or do you not care how much you spend? I use to write down everything we spend on from shopping to dinner outings. But really, I forget and never keep track again.

We are going to try this out and budget a monthly budget and see how much we save. I think it’s something fun to do. Our budget would be $800.00CDN a month for the month of July. We need to break it down to see what money is for what money. I always enjoy budgeting and I find it fun

So here’s are list… We will be putting these cash into jars with labels…

1. Jar one: Transportation $300.00
2. Jar two: Food $300.00
3. Jar three: Entertainment $100
4. Jar four: Household $100

Really wonder how much money we have left at the end or would we go over??? I’ll update you at the end of July 31st Come back to see results!

DIY Nail Art ; Pink nail polish with flowers

Decided to paint my nails today! No idea what I was going to do on the spot.. & Ideas do pop up when your painting the first coat of your nails.

Remember, this is very important to set up your area, so you don’t need to get up to get something while your nails are still wet. Be prepared!

Supplies. I didn’t end up using the rhinestones though.

It came out looking lovely and summery eh? I just thought of using nail stickers because its easy and simple to use. Peel out on the sheet and stick it on my nails and put a clear coat of nail polish. HOW simple eh? How long did it take? About 20minutes SIMPLE & QUICK! Because I’m very impatient! What about you? Are you going to try this out?? Feel free !!

How to clean your makeup brushes…

Are you like a makeup freak like me? Well, I’m not that much of a freak but I love looking and purchasing make up! The colors of makeup are just too elegant. I put makeup on whenever I go out to somewhere but when I’m at home, I prefer not to have any makeup on. Did you know having makeup on is bad for your skin? That’s why when I’m home, I like my skin to feel fresh with no makeup.

But anyways, our topic today is “Cleaning your Makeup Brushes”. To tell you the truth – I hardly clean my brushes and yes I do feel disgusted in using them weeks after weeks, but you know, LAZINESS takes over. A month later, here I am cleaning them because I couldn’t take the look of them anymore…

Now it’s all clean. Remember to lay them flat after you clean them.

Organizing Ikea Vanity Table

I got my vanity table from a gift that my Fiance got me as I think it was either for Christmas or an anniversary of ours. He bought me the table from Ikea and of course I picked it too This table is very elegant. There’s also a bigger version of it but too bad they don’t sell it anymore. Anyways, all I need a vanity table for is to organize the chunk of makeup I have.

Look how messy it is eh? I came back for almost a month and I never really clean it. Disgusting eh? I wanted to change the whole area up and moving the vanity to another area. Guess where I moved it ???

You see, I don’t clean a lot but when I feel like cleaning, I want everything to be neat and tidy with no dust too. I also find myself very weird at times. When I look at something for a long time, I get bored of it. This is one of the reasons why I like to move things around the house or change things. Even bed sheets, I like to have a few sets to change around. Are you like me? Love moving furniture?
