Pregnancy Photo shoots
I’ve been wanting to get pregnancy photo shoot done and we finally did on the day of our baby shower! I can’t bare looking at my chubby cheeks! I did gain a lot of weight with this pregnancy and I hope I can loose the fat on my cheeks – which will be quite hard. That’s the sacrifices of having a kid right? There’s a lot of sacrifices – don’t forget the extra weight on your body, the stretch marks, the nausea illness, and the etc. Yes – this is like the hardest thing I’ve been through in my life. Labor is coming very soon and I’m not ready for it. Who is ready for labor? HELPPP!
Switching Phones & Phone Plans?
I’m still waiting for my 3 year contract to be over and done with. I’m not a fan of Roger’s because of their expensive prices. Not only that – they always make mistakes on their billings. So if you don’t check your bills correctly – they might of charged you extra. So do check your bills. So unreliable eh? I’ve been with this company for years and yet – they make mistakes like this.
I’ve been wanting to change and get the htc desire hd phone for my other half. There’s so many new phone companies out there right now that has unlimited minutes, data, and text message for half the price I’m paying for. Can you believe this or not?
When my contract is up – I’m definitely changing phone companies and probably save a lot. I mean – I really don’t need to be paying $60-$70 a month for one phone bill when I’ll be home more with the kid right? I don’t mind paying half the price for unlimited everything. Roger’s really gotta work on their game plan here!
Baby Shower for Baby Boys
Baby shower is finally over! After months of preparation and planning – it was pretty successful! I love planning events like this with a theme. I’ve been looking forward to this date for so long. Thank goodness I can cross this out on my list of “to do’s” now and focus on other things ahead. It was so nice seeing everyone again – some I see a couple times a year – so it was nice catching up. I wasn’t too busy and thank goodness there were a photographer taking photos for us – or else I’ll be a bit busy capturing memories instead of chatting. It’s so convenient having a photographer in each special events. I think I’m getting too used to it now. Now that the baby shower is over – I can focus on the prenatal classes and the arrival of our little one! WOOHOO!
Labor in 2 months!
No joke – I’m telling my hubby every day that I’m scared and worried. I’m not a fan of pain and I can’t take pain. It’s been 3 years that I’m still debating if I should take my wisdom teeth out or not because of pain. I don’t know what got me into having a baby. Don’t get me wrong – we always planned on having a baby but the pain?? I’m seriously not ready to go in labor and deal with this pain. I’ve heard that labor is the #1 painful-est thing to do in this world. It frightens me. A lot of people told me to take it easy and it’s not that bad. BUT how can I take it easy when it’s so soon?? *sigh* I just hope this little guy won’t take too long to come out. I don’t wanna do c-section because I don’t want a scar on my belly. So please little man – come out quick and fast. Treat your mama good!!

Valentine’s Ideas for Meals
Isn’t this heart shape pan cute? When I see these things in store – I just can’t help myself but get it. I don’t necessarily need it but I don’t mind having it. Do you call this crazy buying? I’m not even sure. But I did try this pan out – it’s not that bad. I thought I would just wake up and make Valentine’s day breakfast for my hubby – but I’m not too sure if I would wake up on time. *heheh* I’m still not a morning person till this date! But I’ll make him a heart shape egg one day – just not in the morning.
I’m planning to make his favorite lobster and steak dinner for this year’s Valentine’s day. The first year – I’ve made seafood dinner for him and the rest of the year – we just went out to eat. I mean -I love going out to eat but I hardly make dinner at home for him. So making dinner at home is a little more special on special days. I’ll see how that goes cooking in the kitchen with a big belly this year. 
What are you planning for Valentine’s day? I know there’s still a month to go – so still lots of time to plan!
Pregnant do & don’t
I haven’t been such a good pregnant woman following all the “rules”. When your pregnant – there’s actually a lot of different rules to follow. Since I am a Chinese – there’s a lot more than Westerners. For me – I just don’t really believe in all the “rules” or let say things a pregnant woman should follow. It’s hard to change the lifestyle I live in all of a sudden for the next nine months. The food that I’m not allow to eat or I should eat – that’s the toughest for me. I didn’t stop – I just cut down. As for Asians – we’re not suppose to eat “leung” food, climb up on chairs/stools, and use a hammer to punch things in walls. I could understand the “leung” food but I gotta do what I gotta do at home right? I’m quite bad at just following the rules. I did the others and I bet I broke a lot more rules. For example: Eating raw fish and etc etc. I can’t wait till this is over! Just two more months to go and than I’m free to eat whatever I want! Food is like my life and I just can’t live without having my favorite food.

Chinese New Year Mickey Mouse Home Decorations
It’s time to put away the Christmas stuff and welcome the Chinese New Year decorations! I love buying/searching for new decorations each year and add to my collection. And this one your looking at is what I bought this year – can’t find any other cute Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse decors. Why is it so hard? I like things that matches and it has to be in the same theme too.
This set is from last year. Still pretty brand new eh? I take good care of these and save it for the next couple of years. It’s hard to find the same themes for everything. But I think next year – I wanna change the theme and get new things.
